OK, I apologize to Tim. I'm sorry. But the answer he gave on this board which says he will ship my guitar after he gets his guitar back (which is today) could have been told to me in a phone call or email 5 days ago. I thank you all for your comments and I do especially thank this board for helping to get this matter resolved. I did not fully describe the guitar which is a lesson I have learned.

There is overspray and maybe for the reason Tim described, someone may have tried to fix the hameritis but there is no structural damage and my luthier said he

will wet/buff it out to new which I should have had done in the first place.

Othet than that the guitar is a great playing and sounding instrument that I will

hold on to so that no one here ever gets hurt by it.

But, I do agree with Tim that this place is a great place. It is a valuable resource

for all of us even if we all can't get along.

Tim, if you read this, I really am sorry OK?
