devastone Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Okay, more stuff for sale, I'm thinking about buying a "drool" guitar for me, in other words, another GAS attack. These are awesome guitars, the necks are more Strat-ty feeling than Ibanez shredder yet still fast feeling, alder body, Schaller Floyds, Duncan '59s in the neck, PATB-1s in the bridges currently, I also have at least one of the original MJ wound, non-logo'd JBs for the bridges (there are wound a little heavy, 17 - 18K), you get your choice of JB or PATB-1 if there is a JB available (someone has already asked me about buying one of them) so first in line gets first choice. Both guitars are in great shape with no dings, just some swirl marks and a few pinhead type dents in the finish if you look close. All cavity covers are included, they have anodized aluminum covers instead of plastic, very cool. Both play and sound great. The cases are new hybrid cases, they need some more foam for a better fit, I'll throw in some purple studio foam strips, you can do the trimming and gluing yourself:) The Red one is a a dark trans red and has what I'm pretty sure is a pau ferro fretboard, the neck is slightly thicker on this one. The color is hard to photo, the flash washed out the color, it's much better live. The amber one has a rosewood board and has a small amount of fretwear, but not enough to need dressing. $475 each shipped in the lower 48 continental US, $480 if Paypal'd or I'm willing to listen to reasonable offers, but no trades please. I just bought a Lil' Dawg Champster Special combo amp (tweed Champ 5F1 clone amp) from Jim Nickelson of Lil' Dawg Amps. Great sounding tweed Fender amp. Damn U!! I just want to give my friend a bump on his sale. I just spent my money on a new practice amp. Guitar George

Guitar George Thanks for the bumps and kind words guys, the Diablos are great, I'm just drooling over a Washburn N6 and trying to reduce the number of guitars at the house. The flight cases are new, so these are a great deal. They are probably going to ebay tonight, although there's still a chance I'll talk myself out of a new guitar and keep these.
