guitar is in 8.5-9/10 cond. CAse in same cond. It didn't have a trem arm when I got it, and it still needs one if you want

That's a VERY reasonable price for that guitar, especially considering these have been creeping up over $1,000 US on ebay of late. Versatile guitars, I know I love mine! Nice top on yours too. Good luck with the sale.
