HamerJammer Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 Just thought I help out on clearing the mystery of the middle pickup. That is a Ultrasonic pickup(it's actually U inside a box, not a Y). They came out during the 80's and is German based company that I believed also put out the well know OBL's pickups in our beloved 80's Hamers. I think their take on this pickup was be "neutral" sounding, that is supposed to reflect the natural tone of the guitar it is in.Good luck with the sale, iownit4!
