I would not take the risk on shipping a gem like that.Understand why you would not want to ship this minty '64 guitar to Belgium -- nowadays I worry when I ship ANYTHING guitar related within the United States. I did have good luck, however, shipping a rare spruce-topped 1956 ES-350 to Belgium a couple of years ago. We packaged the hell out of it, and it made it within a week, sailed through customs, and to the buyer with no damage whatsoever. I'm just saying that if this is your dream guitar, then it can be done safely.
