kurtsstuff Posted June 13, 2005 Posted June 13, 2005 I got 2 RCA labeled USA 7025's (12AX7) and 2 Telefunken ECC83/12AX7 and last but not least a Telefunken ECC81/12AT7..all sound great no microphonics blah,blah,blah...$50.00 shipped/mailed worth the Telefunkens alone!!

kurtsstuff Posted June 13, 2005 Author Posted June 13, 2005 Hey Arnie...they're pulls meaning used...I go through them when somebody wants their amp retubed and does'nt want the old tubes back. I don't have a tube tester other than my ears (their pretty damn good hehe) I install them in one of my preamps and punish them for awhile going through super loud cleans to super loud grunge...if they exhibit anything other than stunning results...I toss em..Most times the tubes I end up with come out of "in the attic" type amps that I don't think have seen much play time and the owners or "new" owners just want to have that new tubes in my amp feeling...I scored some pristine Mullards but...keepin those...hehe
