Posted October 22, 2008 Posted October 22, 2008 1) Perhaps the best sounding Les Paul I've ever played, and that's the formerly owned, artist ordered and deliver to the Saturday Nite Live Guitarist from '85 to '95, GE Smith. This piece is a Standard with rosewood on the neck, Zebra pups, and flame-top maple with a Nashville Bridge. Neck is a medium between 50's club and 60's slim taper and it weights a shade under 9 lbs. Asking $2750 plus shipping. 2) An ole' school Les Paul Studio, stamped by the Custom Shop, with a recent refret job, and has the highly coveted (recently reissued) Tim Shaw wound, Dirty-Fingers pickups. Its in a player condition due to it great sound and ease to play and not marketed as a relic'd or aged. It's the real deal. Weights less than 8 pounds. I love the Purpleburst colors, because that's the way I roll. This guitar is in pristine condition, no scratches, no dings, no wear-Period.
