I have a gorgeous transparent Red USA Daytona w/ rosewood board, and an emerald green Eclipse.. Both are original with original cases... The Daytona has almost no playtime on it.. Its like new.. The Eclipse is in very good shape, but it has a bit of playtime on it and some dings and such.... I have a pile of other gear much of it vintage high end stuff that I may or may not ship... Dead mint 1966 Twin Reverb in NEW cond/ ....1966 Firebird III with original hang tags, $239 price tag, and a virtually unplayed/like brand new neck... ... Traynor amps,... 1967-68 Guitar Mate.. rev/trem 1x 12.. 2 EL 84's.. 20 watts BIG 100 watt YGL amp heads with rev/trem.. 4 EL 34 output 68 Showman head, players grade..old Danelectro/Silvertone 2 lipstick red sparkle w/amp in case, Rare USA Schecter Hellcat,old Ibanez UE 300 analog multi effect w. original TS 9 Tubescreamer.. Dead mint UNUSED UNPLAYED Rickenbacker 370-12...REALLY nice MIJ Fernandes strat in a rare robins egg blue color... maple neck.. In super clean cond.. NO playwear at all.. This is the identical guitar to the MIJ Fender strats,, Same factory, hardware pickups necks, bodies etc... Different hadstock shape and different logo.. Here's what I can use... I am looking for a GOOD players grade electric 12 string... USA or Japan made... Old tube combos with reverb.. I REALLY like old Gibson amps but will consider anything.. except Traynors.. I have 2 and don't like the tone for what I do... will consider any brands really.. actually ANY 60's -70's Fender combo amps w reverb interest me.. Supers/Pros/Vibros... 1968-72 Fender Showman Head.. or Twin converted to a head Good strat with a maple fingerboard and medium to large frets.. don't like small frets... Fender, any good USA brand, or MIJ brand or a good "franken strat", with seriously GOOD hardware and pickups... I will be happy to negotiate in good faith... I can provide many refferals from my ebay customers, or the many instuments I have sold and traded on other forums... I will not expect you to give $1,000 worth of gear for a $700 guitar.. However I also am not going to give up a dead mint 66 Twin thats never been used [less than 20 hours "on time"] for a $275 MIK Hamer and $50.. We all know what our stuff is worth.. Honestly, I am not in any need to sell anything.. I have too much stuff that goes unplayed and sits for years at a time and its crazy... Its HARD to sell anything right now, so I figured maybe I can trade some stuff off , and take what ever cash/ trade deals that were worthwhile for both parties... please email me with any interest.... So I'll do a public reply here, as maybe someone else would be interested in this stuff too. I am primarily interested in a Daytona, especially an ash one, but would maybe consider other USA Hamers also.Here is what I have:- Gibson ES-137 semi-hollow body, Red, EC. Really nice, like a cross between an LP and an ES-175. OHSC- Fender American Strat (NOT a Highway 1), blue with very light metal-flake, rosewood fretboard, VGC, OHSC- G&L Legacy Strat (NOT a Tribute), super-nice amber finish with great wood, really nice axe if you have never seen one, EC, OHSC- Fender American Deluxe Strat, amber with nice grain, upgraded bridge pickup to DiMarzio stacked humbucker (I think) and a Kahler tremolo bridge. Also have the original bridge p-u. OHSC- Epiphone Sheraton 2 semi-hollow body, tobacco burst, switch and pot upgraded to ES-335 stuff, pickups upgraded to same SD's as on ES-335, pro setup, MINT. Excellent TKL hard case included.- an Ibanez Chinese acoustic with a full pro setup. This one is probably only worth about $100, but as a deal sweetener for someone who needs a GREAT starter acoustic, it is worth mentioning. VGC, hard case, one small ding in spruce top. Plays and sounds excellent.- Taylor 815-CE acoustic, tobacco burst, EC, OHSC Not to keen on letting this one go, but for the right offer....I can send pics to anyone on request. Let me know what you think! I have a Paypal account and lots of good feedback on Ebay (though I'm not very happy with them right now!).THANKS!MARK

I was myself a committed "maple only" guy, but I have to admit that my Hamer changed my opinion. I just bought a Strat with a rosewood board too, and I think it's great. And man, they wear like iron.
