Always check your amp when....

you get it back from a tech. I took my Gibson GA-15RV amp to a tech to have the tube sockets replaced with porcelain ones. There was going to be a wait for parts so he said I could take it home and use it until the new sockets came in. I fired her up and... no sound..fiddled with the knobs...nothing...turned it off and immediately took the grill off the back only to find to my horror the speaker leads were off!!! ;)

Put the leads back on and fired it up again. Amp seems to work afterwards but Im not sure if I should have it checked out.

If it sounds OK, you're probably all right. Running without a speaker can cause damage to the output transformer, but that's not a high powered amp. If it was quick, then I don't think you hurt anything.
