wyldbil Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 Hmm.. That body is the Queensryche TriRyche logo. I know Chris DeGarmo (or was it Michael Wilton?) had an ESP in that shape back when they were getting big.One does have to wonder about the origin of that guitar...
DavidE Posted March 6, 2005 Author Posted March 6, 2005 I saw in another auction that they have them in red.
BTMN Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 More like Morningstar really as that is Queensryche's logo. I like them too but I dont think I want a band logo guitar for them. However a six time Cheap Trick logo like on their T-shirts arranged in a slant like a Standard wouldn't be to shabby. Put a Hockey stick headstock on it.

morningstar Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 Yep. The "triryche". ESP made a few real onesfrom a composite material. Micheal said they feel great but don;t sound good. These new ones are OK players but you have to do a complete swap out on all the electronics and hardware. The materials are kinda iffy too, so my buddy who refitted one uses EMG's.In all: "Yech".morningstar
