It's the little 4" long thing that takes... say a mic cable and makes it pluggable into a 1/4" input. LoZ XLR balanced to a 1/4" unbalanced Hi Z. Free to a good home (so that emliminates about half of you right there!!) ; )I just scored a freebie from Craig so I'm just sharing the goodwill here.
