Di Marzio's Output?

What kinda power were the DiMarzio's putting out(neck/bridge) in an '81 Special?

Origonal Dimarzios fitted to early Hamers were custom wound based on a PAF with bit more punch.

8.4 kohm output both neck and bridge.

I have to disagree, The output on the Neck is just under 8 and the bridge is just over. About where you stated it to be. It was Hamers Point to make an unmatched/matched set. I have one set that i've been saving just in case I sell my 4 digit, they are out of a 79 Sunburst. I believe they are 7.8/9 and 8.3/4 area. Hope that helps.

Ive had 5 Sunbursts and 3 Specials all measured around 8.4,never had any less than 8kohm.

Standard Dimarzio Pafs of the time measured 7.8 kohms

The neck pups are standard dimarzio pups. The bridge is the only difference. Per Dimarzio companys from that era that used Dimarzio recieved the standard neck pup with the bridge being would to various spec's of output. Just sharing what i've learned. Now slammer are a different breed and Serial maybe the one to chime in on those.

Does anyone know what the fretboard radius would be?

Pretty certain Both pickups were custom wound anyway they sound great regardless

Radius on the necks around 12-14" mark pretty much aka Gibson flat.
