Ibanez 3-way toggle-switch tip source?

I just bought a 1982 Ibanez Artist AR300CS. It is missing the 3-way toggle switch tip. I tried an All Parts tip but it is too fat and won't allow switching to all three positions.

I used to own a 1977 Ibanez Destroyer (sold it like an idiot!) and I remember that its switch tip was shaped differently than a standard Switchcraft/Gibson tip. It was slightly longer and skinnier.

Does anybody know where I can get one of these switch tips? Thanks!

I was actually able to make it work with a regular Les Paul toggle switch tip. I took out the switch and put it back in an now it is high enough to work in all three positions.
