Duotone Custom owners, HELP!

Question

I'm in the midst of sprucing up my duotone Custom for an important upcoming gig and in the process of changing the battery (I assume) I managed to yank the red (power) wire coming from the battery holder to wherever it goes. I'm assuming somewhere around the jacks.

If anybody has one and can take a look in yours and tell me where the heck it goes, it'd be most appreciated. The engine room on one of these is a nightmare.

TIA

Tom

Not sure if this helps - this is an older (3-hole) model. Ignore the notes - that was for some other problem someone was having here a while back...

Hope it helps...

Thanks, Jef. It's a little different in mine. BCR Greg helped me out. On a Custom the red wire from the battery goes directly to the solder pad on the preamp marked V+ without stopping off at the mag pickup switch (that's what it looks like in your photo anyway). It makes perfect sense. The jacks on a Duo Custom are some sort of multi-pole switching nightmare and very prone to goofy behavior. I sure didn't want to go digging around in there.
