Fender TBX control

I will be putting together a partscaster with a lace sensor rainbow set and I'm curious about TBX controls. I think the strat plus had it (among other) and it's been a long time since I've had one of those in my hands.

Worth doing?

go check one out loaded on a clapton strat etc. at a GC, etc.

for me, na. A tone control to the bridge pup does the trick. just a wire swap under the hood.

Thanks J, I usually jump the switch to add the rear tone to the bridge pickup. Looks like a .022 PIO, treble bleed then let her rip.

I tried out a Clapton Strat years ago when they were loaded with the Lace Sensor Golds & TBX - didn't do a damn thing for me and I love Lace Sensors.

Yep I dig the rainbow set just fine as is.
