How do I wire in a coil tap switch on my Cent?

So, I just fitted a BL-USA 500XL H/B into my Cent. It's wired from a Seymour Duncan Diagram & I disable the original thick switch. Th switch is a 2-way mini-toggle & it has 6 solder pins on the back. I need to know where I solder the BL-USA green/white wires (currently taped off) & I need to know which other wires I need to move to the toggle switch so I can enable coil tapping on the Bill Lawrence.

Here's a pic of the wiring as it is now:

I know I need to solder the green/white wires (each coil) to the toggle switch + I think I need to solder an input wire there + I need to add a wire from the toggle to where I removed the input wire (or something close). If you know wiring, all the info is on my pic.

The toggle is a 2-way (off/on) type.
