Please suggest me a volume pedal for my needs!

I have a Tech 21 Power Engine 60. I also have a Tech 21 Liverpool that I use as a pre-amp.

I would like to put a volume pedal between both. I guess this would be equivalent to putting one in the effects loop of a "normal" amp, right? If it is, I think it's a low-impedance one what I need.

In any case, is there any good volume pedal you would recommend me for this application?

Your suggestions/comments will be more than welcome.

TIA!

well, I will chime in....

I'm dam picky what goes on my board. whatever it is, it has to sound right, correct.

I went thru plenty of volume pedals, all good at what they do, but, not really there.

I did find ONE.

It is bolted to my board, not going anywhere.

and I modded it to my needs as well.

You do get what you pay for in this application.

I would buy it right away, but it's not clear to me if this one is low or high impedance. Volume pedals to which the guitar gets connected directly must be of high impedance, while pedals in the effect loop must offer low impedance. It's my guess I need one on the later category. Any idea on which category the Hilton falls?

I have used it both, front and loop. I have it in front. I have used with both passive and emg / pre amp'd pickups, no problems

infrared tech. dead quiet. user adjustable trim setting.

I would not of recommended if it was not the Hamer of volume pedals.
