jerseydrew Posted December 23, 2005 Share Posted December 23, 2005 When I first learned guitar, my guitar teacher taught me finger picking. I either use a hybrid or no pick at all. Although on the loud, hard rock songs that require no finger picking, I'll use a pick otherwise my right index finger gets bloody from hitting the strings so hard.
