Gino Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 1993 Takamine EN C 10 (Japanese production, of course...) cutaway dreadnought, solid cedar top, solid mahagony back, mahagony sides, one piece mahagony neck, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone saddle and nut. Neck has a nice C-shape, pretty much vintage “G” - a nice handful but no baseball bat. Frets are original with some “cowboy-chord” traces in the first three frets - lots of meat / has never been leveled so far. Very nice action - 11s nanowebs. The good:Guitar has been refitted with Takamine CTP-1 Cool Tube preamp (original preamp included). The bad:2 small superficial dents on the top, the larger - aprox. 1 cm - has been superficially sealed. A third scratch that is hardly visible. Other than that no breaks, cracks, splits etc. Pretty good shape for a 22 year old instrument. Comes with original hardshell case which is fully functional and has only a few small marks in the tolex. Will go for 600.- EUR plus shipping fees.Ever since I got my New Hartford Guild it just sits in it’s case - dreadnoughts are just to big for me...Thanks for looking!
ZR Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 These are great guitars! If I didn't have an Alvarez DY-62c I'd probably have one of those. GLWTS!!
