I moved down here (tx) found Ikea, bought some drawer cabinets and loved it. Over the last year, the 1/8 plywood sheets that make the bottom of the drawer have stretched and sagged. To the point of being unusable. I liked the drawers because it seemed to take up less space. Is there a favorite out there??

You might also be able to salvage what you have if you can get some thin wood stock (Home Depot craft supplies, etc), cut to fit and glue them to the existing bottoms of the drawers......This assumes you have an extra 1/8" to fit it in.....It does not take a lot to firm them up.

That is in the back of my mind. I might also "repurpose" the cabinets for cables, pedals and "stuff" in the studio.

That is, if I find something I dig/afford

The failed drawer bottoms seem to be a 1/8 Masonite type board, I'm sure they could be stiffened up with a lamination.
