Recommended volume pot, cap for single bridge P90

I picked up Tom Terrific's PRS SE One a few weeks ago and a previous owner had replaced its original P90 with a Dimarzio Super Distortion, which just seems outta place to me.

I have a dog-ear P90 I'm putting into it; what's the appropriate volume pot, 250 or 500, and capacitor, 47k or 22? I prefer mellower tones.  There's no tone pot, just a volume.

500k volume and tone pot.

.022 cap, but wire it up 50's, jr. style.

solder cap to center lug and ground on top of cap,

hot from left lug to output of volume (center) lug.

this will give you a nice midrange warmth with some highs around 7ish on the tone pot before it falls into typical tone pot muffeling.

Thanks Jay,  will do.

I was actually in Nashville this week on business.  I wish I had had free time to visit NTL.  At least they let us loose on Broadway Thursday night.  Got to raise a few and have a gooooood time.  Too good, honestly.  Still paying for it.  :)
