Need Chaparral wiring help

So I got a chap with 2 stacked dimarzios and a regular humbucker.

It has three DPDT 3 position switches.  One for each pickup.  So for the stacked single coils the positions are ON/OFF/Out of Phase

For the Humbucker it is ON/OFF/Split Coil.

 

First, is this the factory wiring?  I want to wire it the way it came from the factory.

Second, the humbucker  sounds like crap in split coil mode.  You can barely hear it.

Does anyone have the wiring schematic for this.  Whoever had this messed up the wiring.

Here is the stock wiring diagram. They used 2-wire pickups for the Neck and Middle pickups so I'm not sure if it will help much.

Thanks Hamerman.  That's exactly what I needed and it looks like that is how it is wired 

But the double humbucker sounds bad when put in single coil mode.  You can barely hear it.   Maybe something wrong with the pickup.
