tomteriffic Posted November 24, 2016 Posted November 24, 2016 Just flipping through the GC Black Friday ad and noticed several G&L Tributes in there. They all note the FB radius as 9.5". I was under the impression that the tributes had a #1 neck with a 12" radius. Who's right?

You can verify the neck radii of all Tributes on Tribute page of G&L's website. To do it, however, you have to reference the "Specifications" tab for each model. As I looked through them, I saw a pattern emerge, but I went ahead and looked all of them to make sure there were no exceptions. According to G&L's specs on the Tribute line, all Tribute necks are specified as 9" (not 9.5') or 12", specifically: All Strat-shaped instruments (S-500, Comanche, Legacy) have a 12" radius. ASAT Classics (Classic, Bluesboy) have a 9" radius. ASAT Special, Deluxe II, Junior, Deluxe Carve Top II, and Will Ray Signature Model all have a 12" radius. The Cantrell, Ascari, Fiorano, and Fallout all have a 12" radius. So, basically, every Tribute guitar has a 12" radius unless it has the Fender Tele style bridge like this, in which case it has a 9" radius:
