velorush Posted February 22, 2017 Posted February 22, 2017 I recently installed a couple of different Hipshot products (guitar and bass). I had an issue with the size of the tuner holes vs. the bushing for my P-Bass. I emailed them twice using the "Support" window on their web site with absolutely no response. I finally figured out a fix on my own, but in researching the issue online I read tons of posts lauding their customer service (especially on TalkBass) but the key to each of these experiences seemed to have been to call them. 800-262-5630
