I have plenty of references (at the bottom of this post) from other forums Up for sale is a very good condition Hamer '96 USA Special FM. This guitar comes loaded with Rio Grande BBQ/Texas pickups which are great PAF type pickups. I wish I could keep this guitar, but I'm after my dream guitar (a Gibson '61 RI Les Paul/SG Custom in vintage white) and unfortunately some pieces have to be let go. The condition of it is overall excellent, but there are some light scratches that I couldn't get to show up in the pics. There is absolutely no Hameritis on this one at all! http://photobucket.com/albums/v298/the_Chr...20Special%20FM/ I've tried to show just how tight and 3D the flame top is (it flickers in the light) and how straight the grain is on the rosewood fretboard through the pics, so check 'em out This guitar is perfectly balanced unplugged and has blown away production guitars twice its price (I wish the Gibson Les Paul Standard I used to own sounded like this one). The only reason I'm selling it is because I like solid color guitars (not bursts) and I'm not a huge fan of flame tops (ironic, isn't it?). This flame top has put a lot of PRS "10 tops" to shame. Sound wise, this guitar is nice and full and offers up some fat lead tones.
