Brewmaster Posted March 24, 2005 Posted March 24, 2005 I have a 1989 100 Watt Marshall JCM800 2203 that I got from Scottcrud about a month and a half ago. I had a couple of locals who were looking for one and it turns out they got something else in the interim. It is in good shape. I installed a new grill vent since the old one was cracked. It has brand new Ruby Tubes EL34's that replaced the GT's that it came with. I also installed two GT 12ax7M preamp tubes which are the alleged Mullard reissue tubes. All I know is the amp sounds a hell of alot better since the tube swap. The Tolex is in good shape but it does have a nick on the bottom right side. I like the amp but I have a 25/50 watt EL34 based Valvetech that covers the Marshall thing and I could use the cash for other things. If you have something to trade maybe that will be one of the other things. These ( 1987-89) are going for around $800.00 -850.00 on Ebay. $800.00 shipped. Talk to me boys and girls, I have been known to be very reasonable.
Brewmaster Posted March 24, 2005 Author Posted March 24, 2005 To the folks that sent me low ball offers.............. I said I'm reasonable, not stupid.
