Zoner Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 This is a killer 4x10 Mesa that can really cover some sonic ground with a bit of knob twiddling. 3 totally different channels with each having controls for gain, master, bass, mid, treble, presence and reverb. Each channel also has 2 different modes to boot. There is a global master volume and a Solo function, which is a second master volume you can switch in for a volume boost if needed for solos. Parallel effects loop, slave out with level control, recording out, speaker mute, multi speaker jacks, blah, blah, it is loaded. There is also a power amp voicing switch that is labeled normal/extreme - and it is WAY extreme when engaged. 40 watts from 4 el84's into 4 Jensen 10's = big fun. Footswitch included for channel select, reverb, and solo functions. This is simply too much amp for my aging carcass and is not the best choice for sitting around noodling with the wife and kids around (I need a Micro Cube). Asking $700 shipped or pick it up in Minneapolis for $650. It is in good cosmetic condition with a ding in the front corner from shipping being the only major issue. Pics available.
