Neck Insert Kit Suggestions

Anyone have suggestions on where I can find a Neck Ferrule Insert Kit? This would be for a new guitar and not a repair/upgrade. Looking for something in black if possible and would include the four bolts, washers and threaded inserts in one package.  There is a place in England with some but I kinda need this faster than they can ship it to me.

Thoughts?

There used to be a guy that advertised that complete package including the drill bits and everything needed. But I don't see his ad anywhere now.

I can find the fittings on Reverb and eBay but no complete kit. Amazon too.

The few "kits" I can find have the screws and inserts but not the good ferrule, they have canvas grommet type washers instead of a solid ferrule.

The only place I see the solid ferrules that I like is Philly Luthier. 14 or 15mm https://www.philadelphialuthiertools.com/neck-plates/guitar-neck-ferrules-15mm-diameter-black/

If those fit your needs, start there. Then off to Ace hardware for brass inserts for 8x32 machine screws. You can get stainless inserts too, but I prefer brass inserts with steel screws with oval heads.

I know that's not what you asked for, but it's the best I can do this morning.
