Optical. Onboard Drive linked to the amount of Sustain on the dial. Response is Attack in the Compressor circuit. Out of production, but from the looks of his site, he is now in the business of licensing a builders list. Pre-gain Bass cut. Can get significantly loud! This appears to be recent.
