The Purple Plexi+ sounds awesome thru the Marshall MiniStack. I may add a wah on the floor, but kinda don't want to mess with success. Each pedal sounds clean and strong with a 10' BOSS home run cable.

I am digging the rotary. Lots of sounds in there and the mid boost helps with single-coils.

Here is mine, I would like to at a reverb/Trem pedal. Wiring is a little sloppy, but now that the pedals have stopped rotating on and off the board it’s time to tighten it up.

How’s the reliability of the 3 monkeys audio cables? I’ve had good luck with the ac cables, but I need to ditch all the George L’s cable soon. I’m frikken done with their lousy shelf life and failure rate.

@RobB the AC and the Patch cables work the exact same way. The key is to always bend them at a 90 and put the cable in the slot. I have not had one fail yet and I’ve been using them for… 10 years now? At least 8 years, because I was using them when I was gigging. Zero Failures during live shows or rehearsals.

I have to use the shrink wrap on the AC Lines. You have to just let them hang over the front because if you use a pedal with RAW Casing or some Wah pedals the plug will ground on the case.

Can I solder a plug, yes but as much as I’m use to swapping pedals around this is much easier.

NOTE: Once you screw a connector on, if you unscrew it, you are best to cut the cable again before reinstalling the plug.

To clarify, meaning make a 90deg bend after screwing on the connectors?

Yes, but just the Patch Cables, and not the AC. I wasn’t clear in my above comment. The Patch Cable ends have a slot milled in them specifically for the bend.

The fly rig is mostly for tuner, 'amp simulator', and di.

The Joyo battery power supply lasts surprisingly long, and can be good if there's noise issues with the house power

I found a stash of 3Monkeys cables and a/c plugs and rearranged/rewired the board. You were right about the shrink tubing on the connectors. The PurplePlexi was not happy until those were put on.

Next up is an order for more cable and audio plugs. I’m going to dump my George L’s gack at my local guitar shop for strings credit.
