FS/FT in NYC: Seagull 6+ acoustic-electric

Cedar top, mahogany back and sides, rosewood fretboard, LR Baggs piezo system. Very warm, meaty tone. See the guitar on the right:

I've had this guitar since 1994, and it's seen a lot of use. It's in fair condition, with a few cracks next to the pickguard running with the grain (the longest of which is about 4"). The cracks have been stable for years and do not affect the sound. There are also a fair number of nicks and scratches. This is a player guitar, for sure.

$100 including hardshell case. I'd be willing to trade for a pedal, or anything that will take up less space in my apartment! For now I'm only interested in a local sale or trade.
