Jimbilly Posted August 23, 2006 Posted August 23, 2006 Just a regular old one (red sticker) to power a pedal? Get a Danelectro zero-hum 9v power supply, they're cheaper and more quiet.

Jeff R Posted August 23, 2006 Posted August 23, 2006 The Boss TU-2 chromatic tuner has a jack to power a half dozen or so pedals via a daisy chain of barrel adaptors. It's basically the red box you refer to with an excellent performance-oriented tuner in the same box. Edited to add: I forgot that the Boss Line Selector pedal also can power effects via an adaptor and daisy chain. That's an alternative if you already have a tuner, and/or if you'd like to be able to isolate one or more effects from the regular signal chain when not in use.
