That combo amp host for POD and V-Amp modelers
Chollie replied to zorrow's topic in Hamer Fan Club Messageboard
I've tried tweaking the setting on my TM60 to work with my pod but never quite got the true sound of the pod. If you're looking for the same sound that the pod produces in the headphones the PE60 is the way to go. -

Boss SD-1 - whats up with this pricing...
Chollie replied to SteveB's topic in Hamer Fan Club Messageboard
possibly a modded sd-1? -
At least you remembered to turn up the volume control on those solos
-
Sorry not exactly in the eyes shut in the zone..... Looked up and saw a camera and tried not to bust up laughing. Also some Hamer content in the back
-
You also need to realize that Robin is a very small company with a limited turnout rate, they probably can't financially support endorsements or if they do a very few select ones.

Are those really all yours? Dang Ken! ~CS Yep, Kenny has some cool toys. Thanks again Ken for letting us crack some of those cases back in October. Very cool indeed. Chollie

The "instrument that started it all"
Chollie replied to Willie G. Moseley's topic in Hamer Fan Club Messageboard
Clapton's Blackie and Brownie Strats. My first real guitar was a black fender strat that i started to mod into a clapton sig series with the lace sensors.... unfortunately it got swiped... I miss that guitar -
I got a couple guitar shirts... a Fender with a strat drawing on it. one with a bunch of guitars on the back, that says "Can never have too many guitars" and a button up shirt with some guitars on it.

It's sad that this had to happen this morning.... James Brown passed away early this morning.

Purty ones to look at, the dirty ones to play with
Chollie replied to polara's topic in Hamer Fan Club Messageboard
There is something mystical about a guitar that have wear on it, even if it was purposely relic'd. Especially with Fenders and Les Pauls, I am not very abusive towards my guitars, but other than my 2 USA they all have the poly finish so they tend to take a lot of abuse, but my Fenders are going through the process of trying to be relic'd... My Hamer and Robin are gonna earn their battle wounds. -
It could very easily piss the bar owner off, coz in a way it would take business else where. If you have a band website or even a myspace site. I would just make a flyer/postcard and be like "Check Us Out on (insert site) for more info and gig dates"

The voodoo's are awesome... roll back on the volume, got that vintage jr tone rollup and it's got some thwack to it. I can get some twang out of mine but I attribute that more to the amp then the guitar itself.
-
I love the Voodoo in my Jr. Great recommendation Poe.
-
Yep.... it's a win-win for everyone.

Best impression of him I've heard, next to my brother's..... "Hi, I'm Dave Matthews ... (in coheirent mumblings)...Boobies (Laughs)" I honestly liked the first 2 cd's and then it just kinda went down hill from their after they gained superstardom. Sadly the band is far more talented than what dave is.
