kizanski Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 ...in building a deck is more expensive to use a. real wood, b. solid gold, c. trex... the answer is "c" , trex... I'd say that is a fair assessment.Makes you want to take your chances with treated wood, ceder, or even a stone patio (I'm leaning toward the latter).Good luck with the sale (I like the one on the right a lot).
cordroad Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 Trex is a large upfront outlay. Treated wood or lumber will cost you bucks, and much time over the years in upkeep and maintenance. Gold, on the other hand, will only appreciate in value. Go with the stone if you are at ground level.By the way, I like the one on the right.
atquinn Posted September 9, 2006 Posted September 9, 2006 Like everyone else, I think the one on the right is sweet! Not in the market for a PRS at the moment though. I assume you posted something on BAM as well?-Austin
