Bluesking Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 Here's a cool one - a near mint '94 Hamer T-51 with original Hamer HSC. The previous owner upgraded this guitar with the Rio Grande Twangbucker set, which provides more tonal options while retaining the original Tele-style tone. The toggle switch changes from single coil to the full Twangbucker tone. The Rios are excellent at providing overdriven blues and rock and are a $300 upgrade. Check the Rio Grande website for more info. Includes original pickguard, bridge, and hardware. I do not have the original Duncan Broadcaster pickups. Cosmetic condition is excellent and this guitar shows hardly any wear. *Note - the second pic shows a dark streak near the pickup selector switch - this is NOT a cosmetic defect. It is just woodgrain that looks pronounced in the pic.Not much to say here - just a great guitar (as most HFCers already know).$750 shipped to the lower 48. Payment by USPS MO or Paypal (you pay the fees). Shipment by DHL Ground, fully insured.Pics here:T-51 w/ RiosI'll add pics to this post later today.
Guest Meshuggah Posted March 31, 2007 Posted March 31, 2007 Blues... Would you describe the neck profile please? Thanks.
Bluesking Posted March 31, 2007 Author Posted March 31, 2007 The neck profile is "medium" in my opinion. It's got that comfortable radius that makes playing it a breeze. So, the neck isn't chunky or skinny - just right there in the middle.
Jorge Posted March 31, 2007 Posted March 31, 2007 Bluesking, email sent. If for any reason you don't get it, could you please write to me atjspichiger@alumni.haas.orgThanks.
