No one that matters. That song is played for the female *dancers* who are there to have a good time. I could give two shits about the dudes at the bar with their arms crossed saying to themselves "I could do that better..."

What's funny about those guys is that they never play outside of their basement to show the world that they really can do that better.......

I've known a few of that type over years.... A number of them have had great chops, usually tons of speed but can't find time, dynamics or have any clue to what's going on other than what they are doing. Knowing how to play in a band is definately another aquired skill. The hardest thing in a cover band is playing those songs that you loath but work with the crowd.

Its not difficult to see a pattern here (Poe and I could switch bands without rehearsal, and both bands are booked well into next year) Here are some that work for us-

Well......my current band does mostly 90's to current stuff and we've had some success with

Santeria, Same in the End, Wrong way- Sublime (pretty much any Sublime)

The Middle- Jimmy Eat World

Guerilla Radio-RATM(or any other Rage tunes)

My Own Worst Enemy- Lit

Man in the Box- Alice in Chains (if the singer can nail the chorus...good luck :D )

Kryptonite- 3 Doors Down(AAARRGH!!)

Drive- Incubus

Figured you out- Nickelback

We're gonna try out Crazy Bitch(Buck Cherry) and Remedy(Seether) next weekend , I expect that they will be good'uns, they get requested EVERY gig.

It all depends where yer playing at. :)
