morice1680 Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 Some may remember this one from a few years ago. I think Currypowder found it first and had some work done to it ( Refret, bone nut?). Anyway, I picked it up a few months ago on Ebay and found some links here about it. It has a repaired neck break ( nice repair). Quite a few dings and worn areas ( looks like it's almost 30 years old). Changed bridge pickup ( seller said it was a pearly gates ?). It also came with a hamer case, although a bit large for this guitar, must be for a newport or something. I just picked up a Custom Shop LP and need to let this one go. I paid $ 835.00 with shipping and am willing to take a loss and let it go for $ 725.00 shipping included. I'll post photos soon. Lower 48 only

currypowder Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 If that's the one I initially sold, it's definitely a player. I did have it refretted and a new bone nut installed, both badly needed. This guitar has been well played and there's a reason. Great deal on a great guitar!
