BadJaxx Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 i'll have to change my signature...but the sell-off must continue... this is an absolutely gorgeous guitar that the pics just can't catch very well....3D in the burst even on the back of the neck... pups are custom wound Vintage Vibe humbucking P90s(which sound exactly that) to vintage specs for blues by Pete Biltoff... i can't find anything other than a couple tiny pick marks when angled in the light and looking closely... all pics are before the pup change except in the sofa collection pic... my buddy thinks this is the best guitar i have...he'll be pissed cuz he wants to record with it... excellent OHSC... $1k shipped (USA) & paypalled...SOLD!! 5 of the above are gone now with 2 more to go....it's just 'things' but it's heartbreaking to me...

P90 Z? figured i'd keep that one....wouldn't bring near as much money so i'd have to sell even more guitars...and there's one on Ebay sitting cheap right now... trying to hang onto as broad a spectrum of tones as i can....tried to talk myself into selling the TC Caddy instead of the AK but just can't convince myself, LOL...
BadJaxx Posted August 1, 2007 Author Posted August 1, 2007 Les Paul? it's a Studio...if the AK had nice full buckers, i'd be selling the LP instead....and can't afford to keep one that's gonna cost me what it will to have buckers put in the AK....unless you know someone (hint) that'll do it real cheap.... it's been a weird process, but i consider all angles in terms of playability, sound, cash needed, future costs, etc...then decide which i NEED the least... the AK loses cuz it's a style i'm not too good at, YET....the Strat for same reason....for me, both are wonderful for learning their styles so, accomplishing that'll be postponed....

I'll be keeping the EVO Premium warm for you... perhaps one day she'll be headed back your way...BTW- I put the GFS Dream 90's in a different EVO... they lasted one day in there... I was not pleased with them at all.
BadJaxx Posted August 1, 2007 Author Posted August 1, 2007 yeah i knew the EVO would be good for gigging but i wasn't getting anywhere so reluctantly let it go...story of my life...as far as selling stuff....whatever i do i'll second guess myself...even considering selling a bunch more, quitting job, and moving out of state...
