Need vol pot and a back cover for an '82 Special

The '82 Special I bought came with a broken shaft. One of the shafts was broken off. I can't seem to wedge enough stuff in the volume knob to get it to stay or stay in the right place. Is it possible to buy pots with Hamer stamped on the back cover. If not, what part should I be ordering and from which vendor? Or, should I just buy new knobs with set screws as an alternative? The knobs are real beaters, just like the guitar--- so maybe some set-screw knobs would be a simple solution.

Also, wasn't somebody going to start to make replacement covers for the back plate covering the pots and switches? The last thing I remember was the templates were in. Anybody have word on who to contact?

I think Stokesdead was making the back plates for a while..... maybe? Drop him a line.

Dang! I had some age-appropriate pots from a Special that I replaced. At least two of them were working, too. And I just got done cleaning out a ton of old parts bits like that.... Rats!
