hudpucker Posted June 10, 2005 Posted June 10, 2005 Here's a Brand New Wilkinson aluminum wraparound bridge that's made of chromed aluminum instead of the usual chromed brass. MUCH lighter than the standard brass Wilky (45grams v. 95grams). Comes with necessary allen wrenchs and steel studs (metric) but the bridge will fit anywhere a regular Wilky wraptail would (you can use your old US thread studs or TonePros locking studs, too). I bought two but needed only one so I offer the extra here for... ...$20 shipped in the CONUS.
sw686blue Posted June 10, 2005 Posted June 10, 2005 I'll take it if it has not been sold.Nicksifakis AT ca DOT ibm DOT com
BadgerDave Posted June 10, 2005 Posted June 10, 2005 I haven't seen that model before. Looks like quite an improvement over the previous version. Can you give us a source for online (or offline, for that matter) purchase? Thanks.
hudpucker Posted June 10, 2005 Author Posted June 10, 2005 I wasn't aware of these either but I simply grabbed mine from eBay. I think that these are sold in Europe as I haven't found a US supplier/reseller yet and the stud threads are metric instead of imperial.
cmatthes Posted June 10, 2005 Posted June 10, 2005 Stewmac used to sell those - they still carry most of the other Wilkinson/Gotoh line. If it isn't there, they could probably order it.I think AllParts had those at their booth at NAMM as well...
