It's a great pedal no doubt. But I like my Analog Man King of Tone better and it's even more versatile since it's two separate OD's wired in series in one box.

Did I sell you that Option 5? I don't remember.

No, I bought it at the Columbus guitar show from the guy who builds them. It's the shorter box version that takes a 24 volt power supply.

Interested in the option 5- EM sent

Does the power supply come with it?

OK. I don't remember who bought it. It was one of the few pedals that sounded good with my Twin.

With the Analog Man mod it sounds about the same as an old pedal. Close enough that I don't notice the difference with my TS-9 RI w/808-mod. However, the TS-7 also features a "Hot" mode with more gain and saturation than a regular TS-9 or TS-808.

Interested in trades?

I'm mostly looking for Analog Man or Keeley modified pedals.

Seymour Duncan Pickup Booster, how well does it work at boosting solos?

t

It works fine. It's just a linear volume booster that you put first in your effects chain. But it also has a "pickup resonance" switch which I think affects the input impedance to fatten up single coils so they sound more like humbuckers. It's a good cheap booster, but the build quality isn't up to the standards of the lower production boutique stuff out there.
