Got a used acoustic from them, they shipped it to me in a generic acoustic case with NO packing/support in the case, left the guitar tuned to full pitch--neck broke at the body during shipping, neck sticking up at a 30 degree angle from the top--it practically popped up at me when I opened the case, guitar not worth repairing, strings still at tension. Bid with these guys at your own risk.
