bizzwriter Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 I'm confused. I know it's not a Standard (despite the listing title), but is it a Studio or a Sunburst?HOT guitar, btw -- LOVE the carved flame top...

singlecoil Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 I'm confused. I know it's not a Standard (despite the listing title), but is it a Studio or a Sunburst?HOT guitar, btw -- LOVE the carved flame top...It's a Sunburst Archtop. I've got a 91 just like it but it's salmon instead of sunburst. I guess these were the pre runner to the Studios. My 91 has a very nice neck, not what I'd call a pencil neck by any means. Also has a 1 piece honduras mahogany body and a 5/8 flamed maple cap. These Sunburst Archtops are truely High Quality guitars that just kill Les Pauls IMHO. This is a sweet guitar that someone should jump on quick.
