Question

can anyone tell me to what extent and cost a repair on these would be. the one at the bottom is through the clear to the wood. one next to toggle is just kind of a dent.

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you know of anyone in the tampa bay area that would be highly recommended to do it, names and numbers would be cool.

shipping it isnt out of the question though.

thanks

I am 3000 miles away so i can't really help anymore but rest assured, it's not open heart surgery for sure

do i need to research the type of clear. i guess the year would tell that. it would have to match or it may not stick or color age the same right?

With the colortone lacquer pens, sanding sticks, micro-mesh finishing pads and hand-drill mounted Finesse polishing pads out there, you'll probably want to do it yourself.

I used to do a lot of military scale model work as a child, so the colortone pens remind me of the Tamiya paint pens that I used to use. The Colortone pens contain tinted lacquer and come in all of the regular burst colors including clear.

They are fugggging AMAZING for tuning machine replacement holes left empty that need to be spot repaired too... they are genius inventions.
