I'm trying to log in to the HFC messageboard on a new laptop at work and have forgotten my password. I've tried numerous times to to use the forgot password option (and yes, I know how that works) but keep receiving an error message that no such member exists. No issues at home where I have cookies to ensure I'm automatically logged in whenever I visit the site. What am I missing?

Some people enter different IDs for their Log In v. their Display Name.

I think that's the problem here - I'm sending you a PM with your Log In ID, which is different than "Diablo175".
