Bluesking Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 There's a USA Vector up for sale on FleaBay that has a serial # that begins with "1" -appears to be a 1981. This site says the Vectors started in '82 - is that correct?Anyone have any info on market value, playability, tone, etc? Here's the link:Vector Auction
Bob P Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 I've got a 1981 Vector (incidentally-it's 4 sale if you are interested). Mine is all original, has playwear, dings, etc but is in very good condition for a 24 year old guitar. Has original Dimarzio pickups, sustain block bridge, OHSC. Email me at [email protected] if you are interested. The only reason it's for sale is my 1997 Korina Vector monopolizes my time.Sorry for the shameless plug. The early Vectors are very nice instruments and they were available in 1981.

princeofdarkness56 Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 I have an 83. Way cool guitar. Plays great and sounds good but mine has EMG's in it. Something about a V. They are made to rock.
