So my mom tells me she'd like her A/C fixed this year. I come to find out it has not worked in 2 years. I go to have a look, and see the 220 feed to the compressor has been severed where it exits the house. I have no guess as to how that happened.
Anyway, I will eventually get around to redoing the feed. Am I gonna launch the compressor, after not having it run for a few years? Or, will it be safe to just turn it on?
