Does anyone know the correct size of the allen screws that fix each individual saddle in place (for intonation). I think they are M2.5 (2.5mm) x 6mm (or more). I need to grab a few for projects...

The individual saddle mount screws are 2.5mm and the string lock screws are 3.0 mm.

These are what you need.

I don't remember the specification for the screws, but I bought a bag or two a couple years back that fit the schaller (hamer) floyd baseplates. here is a scan of the label on the package:

I got these from mcmaster-carr (www.mcmaster.com) but it's been so long I don't have the invoice and the past orders don't go back far enough (you can try a search on my name up here 'cause I posted it before - it's a pisser getting old and forgetful lol).

Thanks for your reply dude & yeah, I'm sure my saddle threads are 2.5mm so I'll buy them. It's the saddle bolts I need, not the allen wrenches (I got plenny o'them). Cheers

Thanks for your lengthy & informative reply dude. I'm gonna go with 2.5mm thread on the saddle bolts but I'll check with a local matalshop I know first. Most places keep telling me it's a 3mm thread but I know it's 2.5 but I'll check anyway
