Drop in replacement hardware for XT models

I thought I saw something on here that gave me pause about the hardware. I don't expect import hardware to be great, but would like to avoid a major pain the ass when going to upgrade hardware.

So what gives? Is there drop-in replacement hardware for TOM bridges? Tuners?

just an example. yes, there out there for the metric stuff. just recently done here on the board (somewhere).

TonePros also makes metric drop in replacements for the import hardware. There's someone on ebay who has very good prices too, although I can't remember the seller's name off hand.
