Montelovesco Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Found this right now. http://kleinanzeigen.ebay.de/anzeigen/s-anzeige/hamer-usa-blitz-von-1983-original,-sehr-selten-+-originalkoffer/272776757-74-1774?ref=searchDescription sounds good, if any help is needed, let me knoe.No aff... whatsoever
gorch Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Pics let the guitar appear better than it actually is. In the description the seller explains natural aging effects in the laquer on body and neck you can't see in the pics. On the neck, laquer is partly missing so it says. Comes with old case. Looking for a collector for a save home. Willing to ship on an upprice, local pickup preferred.IMHO not a deal at this price. I wouldn't buy in the 4 digits though.
LordOfTheThighs Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Very similar to my 1st Hamer. Only, mine had the Sustainblock trem, which I hated.
Andrew Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 I would say 99% sure that it originally had a Sustain Block trem. At that date even a Blitz with a Floyd would probably have been a stamped four-digit, like the Vectors we've recently seen.
gorch Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 Correct! The trem had been added later on as to the advert description. Forgot about to mention that above.
